I found something to test with, easy to set up: tinyproxy. And I have provided a fix as a patch to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list: http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2020-August/268316.html If you build your own ffmpeg, you can test by applying that patch.
