Oh sorry I'm new at this xd
I'm using Debian 10 and Mingw-w64 to compile ffmpeg for Windows 10 64-bit.
I have libfdk_aac-dev installed as well as libfdk_aac using apt. I need it
since I plan to convert a lot of mp3 music into m4a and I read that
libfdk_aac is the best encoder.
