[FFmpeg-user] 4096 x 2048 HEVC conversion

Just started learning to use ffmpeg.  It's awesome.  Can someone help me with the code to convert the following:
ProRes 422HQ 4096x2048 60fps stereo 3D side by side VR files with audio --> HEVC same size and frame rate @100Mbps with audio copied.
