A friend assures me that anyone can download the zip file (though inside

Everything you developers need are in the zip. But do let me know if

I think I fixed this, feel free to test with latest ffmpeg that have
decimate filter fix.
Hi Paul. I did run the latest git full build. Operation is improved over the previous, but it still
has problems. I very carefully constructed the package I put in dropbox. You should find it quite
complete. Go get it. And good hunting.
