Switching the order of the outputs didn't make a difference. I'm aware of the progress option and I used it already in a non-muxer scenario, so piping works on Win as well. However, I can't figure out the right syntax for applying the -progress option to a single muxer output.
-progress is global, not per-output, so it is set as usual.
