I made a 4 second clip of the splice section.
VLC and PowerDVD play it smoothly.
showinfo is in Wonderland. It skips frames and shows non-existing
duplicates.
MPV exhibits a 2 second glitch that matches the gap in showinfo.
'-ss' and '-to' exhibit the same sorts of problems.
