I believe you wrote that in haste, Paul. 'c\:\\HLG_...' makes _some_
sense.
I tried it:
-vf lut3d=file='c\:\\HLG_BT2020_to_Linear_BT709.cube'
Copy the file to the same folder from where you start FFmpeg, and remove
the path. Problem solved.
