First, if you quote me, do NOT quote me out of context. I stated that H 264 in 
best quality was visually lossless. I did not make any claim about H 265 as I 
don’t know.
But, the fact that H 265 CAN be lossless has absolutely no meaning at all for 
your situation, as you don’t use it.

So this is a totally pointless conversation. And again, you cannot compare the 
quality of an encoder with the original if you add effects in the mix. Of 
course the output will differ from the original.
