i am trying to restream a Multicast UDP stream to RTP stream using FFserver
in adition i want to transcode it to H.264/AAC
but i see the FFserver is not changing the stream at all
please can someone help ?

please, the codec definition here was libx264 but now is mpeg4 only to see
if transcoding work, but is not.
