Thanks for your message, at the end of the email is my conf file. it is
exactly the same as the default one.

Actually, after some reinstallation, the symptom changed. I can start
ffserver, though it still complains that the ffm file is corrupted. And it
does not take ffmpeg updates -- ffmpeg says "TCP connection to
localhost:8090 failed: Connection refused, HTTP error 404 Not Found" while
ffserver says "could not open /tmp/feed1.ffm: -22"
