It is not my favorite sweater either. For one thing, I have nothing against
purling, garter stitch makes a quite heavy sweater.and I dont like the white
panels (no one ever called me ample in that area BTW)
I did think it was a bit small for the model and might be more attractive if
it were a bit oversized. also, since I have been spinning, my knitting has
improved a lot - hey, do I have yarn laying around! - and I look for more
complex designs.
I could see using the construction method for a sweater in stockinette with
some patterns. maybe mosiac (a new method for me) for the front panels.
Black & color, not white.
