If you put a larger pulley on the motor and a very small pulley on the item
being driven(ie the Babe) you will increase the speed.  The only caveat is
the motor must have enough torque (power) to handle this.  This is the same
principle as on a treadle wheel.  You have a larger wheel driving a small
wheel.  The bigger the difference between the two the faster you spin.
