Hello, I have not spun on a Babe wheel, but a young lady just starting out with our spinning group uses one. Says it was all she could afford. We have all been very impressed with both her and the wheel. It isn't pretty but it seems to do the job and was within her price range. AND when we are all schlepping our gorgeous (read that as heavy after about a 1/4 mile) wooden wheels from here to there for demos and whatnot she just merrily trots along with her Babe wheel that barely weighs anything.
