Do they serve lutefisk at this time of year? I don't like fish very much, but I love lutefisk!
Served? Probably not...It would be available in the dried form to be soaked and cooked, but that is a fairly long process. I would suggest that you try to find a tourist bureau place in Gvteborg who might suggest a restaurant which would do it for you as a favor. Allow at least 24 hours.
As you no doubt know, any restaurant with a festive table around Xmas would have it as a standard item. I recommend strong Scene mustard with it.
