When you're knitting or weaving chenille, the little fuzzy bits want to work their way 
loose.  As the fabric flexes, they act like little legs on a caterpillar (worm) and 
bunch up or otherwise move around.

To fight this, weave or knit it as tight as you can and still maintain the finish you 
want.  Leave no ends in the middle of a row, and weave in the ends really well.
