Re: sock wear and reinforcing

I've been reading the sock wear and darning scenario and thinking how 
diverse everyone is about how they do this or that.......I wondered should 
I say anything extra but then again "why not?" to make those areas of 
darning/duplicate stitch more interesting what about creating a nice little 
flower or something else in the duplicate stitch as a nice but useful addition
