Try List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and later List-Subscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Both are in the header of every email from Fibernet. Maybe you are using a mailer that hides the headers. See you later.
