Hi IIona, In Edinburgh there are a lot of weaving sight seeing things to do. It was seven years ago that I was there so I don't remember the names, but they are on the well beaten tourism path. Other than that I've only been to Shetland and the Isle of Mull and both are fiber-related in themselves. I'd contact the Scottish Tourist Board and ask them. Sorry I'm not more help.
