If you have access to a real[1] health-food store, you can 
buy liquid lecithin in bottles.  I dilute it with olive oil and 
wipe my cast-iron cookware with it.  

I also use the mixture on my leather-palm gloves, but that's 
only because it's in a drop-dispenser bottle and my plain 
olive oil is in a plain bottle.  

[1]  To distinguish a health-food store from a vitamin-pill store, 
        look for the nuts.  The real health-food store keeps them in 
        a dairy case or a refrigerated room.
