There is a very good Spanish  colonial restoration in St. Augustine  Fl. I m
sure they could help you. I would also look at the peasant and  craftsman's
class garb in spain about 10 years before your date as those folk  settling a
colony would not likely have brought much  new clothing. Also  even in the home
country rural areas were usually a good deal slower to change  the styles of
their clothes than the cities and the
