Fibers Making a Comeback in Mineral Point
Many of you might remember that Mineral Point Wisconsin once held an active
weaving center run by Ken Colwell.
A new beginning has arrived - the Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts is
planning a "Fiber Arts Sampler" next weekend - Sept. 16-18 - an open house
with several workshops and fiber discovery events.
20 workshops are scheduled for Fri., Sat, and Sun. Topics are wide ranging
and varied.
