Apparently the server that was hosting Fiber Flock is defunct. I have
expected this for some time, as the people behind the server disappeared
a couple years ago, leaving no tech support. It was only a matter of
time before something would happen to bring it down.
This is the best way I have to reach at least some Fiber Flock members.
Please pass the word around that Fiber Flock is dead. I have decided
not to move it to another server, and I won't go back to Yahoo.
My thanks to the members who made the list a lot of fun and very
informative over the years, from as far apart as Finland and
Australia/New Zealand. I learned a lot about raising fiber animals.
Special thanks to Ron Parker, who held my hand via the Internet as I
struggled to understand the mysteries of Majordomo, and who was also
very generous with his knowledge of sheep raising and marketing. Fiber
Flock would have died much sooner without his help!
