Hi Lynn.
All FiberNet mail is kept permanently (we hope at least). The list
is all public - no private. Only list subscribers can post however.

There was a bit of confusion here on my part. Lynn's point was to
keep discussion of the topic on FiberNet. That is automatic, so just
reply, and it should happen. In other words, don't reply to
individuals when the topic is of general interest.
