I think you are probably right Suzanne - Ashford has to lost a lot of market share in the last 10 years or so. Not just because of our current lousy exchange rate, but when I started spinning you had three choices - an Ashford, a Louet or something from the second hand store. Now there are at least 100's of makes and models available.
