The Interweave website probably has an index of all Handwoven articles, both by subject and by author - shouldn't be hard to find it that way.
If you need a copy of the article, contact IWP directly - call the 800 number and tell them what you need. Generally speaking, they're happy to send a xerox of a single article if it's from an out of print issue.
Of course you could also try contacting Kati directly - don't know if she has a website.
