I use plastic buckets to soak out natural dye materials - hopefully the latest one for indigo - and that's not supposed to need heat - but fermentation - and that can stink! Anita ------------------------------------------------------------- I realize I have missed some of this discussion, but please remind me about how the plastic buckets with tight lids are to be used with the dyes. What kind of dye stuff, and is this a process that needs no heat? I have lots of kitty litter pails. Is there a book that describes the process? Thanks.
