>>So, what's your favorite lotion to use before spinning?<<

Please don't try this if you have cuts or wounds on your hands. It can sting!

First I pour a teaspoon of salt into the palm of my hand. Then I get the cheap
handcreas (.99 Only store), and pour that on top of the salt. Then I rub
everything all over my hands. The salt acts like a pumice stone, and takes
almost all of the roughness away from my hands. The hand lotion helps soften,
as the salt scours the skin.

www.goodiesunlimited.com has as excellent skin care product, call Everything
Balm. I know I've mentioned this product before. I am not shilling for the
products. I just think the E Balm is a wonderful product.

It contains natural herbs and it doesn't have any chemicals, dyes, or perfumes.
Works wonders on just about anything skin related. Calluses, fungal finger/toe
nails, elbows, etc. Works on those nasty wounds that dogs' can get at the base
of their tail, from chewing or rubbing at flea allergy dermatitis. Those
disappear in about 2 days.

Once upon a time, there was someone on this list, who provided me with a
wonderful product for the hands. I can't remember what was in it. Maybe goat's
milk? A bee type product? (not Bertie's Bees) That product was dynamite, too.
