I was at a motorcycle trade show, and found a really neat article of clothing. It was a long tube, that was partially polar fleece, then the rest of the sleeve was microfiber. I thought, that would be easy to knit! My question is, are there any natural fibers that would replace the microfiber side. The claim to fame for microfiber is that it wicks away moisture, keeping the athlete cool and dry. It also is light weight and very drapable. The drapable quality could be matched by silk or rayon, but the wickability? Wool I think wicks better than silk, doesn't it? Does any natural fiber?
