Most of the mills in the US can handle Lincoln, if the animals are sheared twice a year. Even Taos will have trouble with anything over 10 inches. I've been told that the Navajo Dine have purchased Taos and it is being relocated to the reservation. I don't know when this happened, so call a be sure they are open for business.
Call the mills close to you and see what they say. I can do the longer fibers, but you're going to get breakage if the fibers are over 7 inches. Even with the breakage, the rovings are nice to spin long draw if that is what you're looking for.
