Holly asks:
I'm really tired of the very basic knitting questions I get off my
website--it's a daily thing now to get one or two emails that could be
answered by looking in ANY knitting book. I was wondering if anyone
knows of a site with a knitting focus, good for beginners, that I can
refer people to.
Here are some sites that include information/lessons for beginners:
http://knitting.about.com/ Probably the best starting place for all
things knitting, including information for beginners
http://knittersreview.com/forum/ Many different topics covered here,
and folks can ask the forums for answers/help in specific areas
http://www.knit-o-rama.com/gettingstarted.html At the bottom of this
page of "Getting Started" is a list of tutorial links for beginners
There are many more listed - I did Google searches on Beginning Knitters
and Knitting Tutorials, and found many more, but these should give
beginners a good starting place.

p.s. I also have lots of links on my Sierraspun pages - check here:

is where you want to go.
