look at the way our grammar is degrading) and no longer feel secure in
anything I write! (I just hope I put that apostrophe in the right place).
In non-downland Cheshire - which does not appear to have a sheep
breed of its own :-(

We do indeed (and a lot of fine cheese).
That cat appears (for real and permanently) in a church window somewhere
