As only a spinner - not a farmer - I'd say Finn or Tunis - have been very happy spinning both of those breeds have not been so happy spinning the other two breeds. Just my 2 cents. I'm contemplating Border Leicester, Scottish Blackface, Finnsheep, and Tunis and I have a particular interest in rare breeds for spinners. Ease of raising is as important as fleece. Info, anyone?
