Well, the time has irretrievably come. My bins of yarn are looming instead
of beckoning, which means it's time for me to sort through what's in there
and . find new homes for anything I can't easily assign to a project.

I also have a fair amount of odds-and-ends that need to find homes.

So - while I may put some of this up on eBay in an attempt to recoup some of
my expenditure, I know that there will be a pretty sizeable box to donate to
charity knitters. Are there any out there who would like to put their names
into the pool? Please reply to me directly, and I'd appreciate a quick idea
of what type of charity knitting you do (this is just for my curiousity; I
won't use it to make any determinations of who gets the yarn).

Since many of us receive a digest version, or may not check email regularly,
I'll take submissions through the end of the day on Sunday, October 8th.
I'll draw names from a hat at that time.

I'm actually looking forward to this - it will be wonderful to have less of
a sense of overwhelm about my yarn stash! :-)
