While in Turkey in the 80's we purchased a wheel which was described to us
as a nomadic wheel from Anatolia. The legs are about 5 " in length. It is a
spindle wheel. It can be completely disassembled. It is beautifully carved
and the seller said many times they were a gift to the bride from the groom.
