What's the purpose? One major teacher/class or just a taste of lots
of subjects? Look at something like the weavers conferences. Those
are 1-3 hr lectures and with the numbers who come require
registration. One or two major teachers should also require
registration--if only to know when you've hit the teacher's limit.

That'll happen no matter what you do ;-)

Again this'll happen--and sometimes it's the major reason people
attend--to make new friends and catch up with old ones.

Depends on your group and the fee you want to charge. Going out to
eat IMHO takes too much time away from the fun. A closely knit group
can manage doing their own food but meals available prepared is a
blessing for women taking a break from family, job, etc.

VENDORS

Gotta have a place to shop for those items that the LYS just doesn't
carry.
