My vote would be for Suzanne Puffpaff in I think Michigan. Puffpaf fiber mill. She did a great job of some very fine Ramboullet that I sent. She also has soft water and the fleece came back in the dead of winter so soft and moist that I almost froze unpacking the stuff. Not at all dried out like I frequently get. She is equiped to handle the finer wools easily.
