Thanks to those who noted that there are animal husbandry mailing 
lists and other resources that deal with lots of fiber-producing 
animals. The husbandry stuff is better discussed there rather than on 
Fibernet. There are a few animal-specific resources listed in 
<http://hem.bredband.net/ronpar/ListOfLists.html>, but many more 
exist.
