I don't think the problem is with organic vs nonorganic it is with
misleading claims, no matter who makes them, things that infer that others
are doing bad things. Like the 'OUR BROCCOLI IS FAT FREE" implying that
other broccoli is not. So saying "we don't dip out sheep" implies that
others do. It is illegal to "dip" sheep in Canada and I believe in the USA. 
I don't like shady advertising not matter who does it and to me it means
they think they need to trick me into buying the product.
Just my opinion of course
