I order my weaving yarns mostly from Webs <http://www.yarn.com> and have 
always been pleased with the service and product.

For the very first time there was a problem with an order that arrived 
Friday.  I emailed the customer service address with the issues:  an 
extra 1/2 pound cone of a color was sent without being ordered or 
charged to me, while 2 pounds of the wrong color was sent instead of the 
one I ordered.

The response this morning exceeded my expectations!  They told me to 
keep all the incorrect cones, and they will send the correct ones 
immediately, at no additional charge.

All I can say is WOW Webs! :)
