You are right Nancy -- try to get people in general but children in particular
to wear warmer clothing made of natural fiber would be big plus -- I think the
kid's immune systems are constantly being challenged by all the bugs & virus'
s around but they don't seem to realize how little it takes to get the body
chilled and having to fight off the effects when their immune systems are
already compromised.

"Wear wool & exercise" ought to be a good postponement of aging ( and keeping
glutathione levels up -- apparently when low the diseases of aging set in ) .

Dianne

Hey! if you are looking for a cure for arthritus, you might find it next to
the cure for old age. I just came back from Copper Country and they have a
lot of pretty bracelets that are supposed to work.
Seriously, if people dressed for winter, in warmer clothes, they might be
protected from drafts which can cause muscle spasms, esp if the nerves are
pinched by arthritus. Wool is good for winter clothing, right?

Nancy, whose floor needs sweeping but cannot play the guitar like George
Harrison did. She never understood what that song was supposed to mean,
  anyway.
