Hi Martha, and welcome to Fibernet. Your email is perfectly timed with. Almost at the same time as my announcement to you Fibernetters of the elimination of the Workshop FAQ, you sent an announcement of a fiber event to Fibernet. That is highly appropriate, and gives me the opportunity to tell all Fibernetters that this list is a very good place to make such announcements. NOTE: We don't want strictly commercial evens listed, but non-profit events are quite OK. If an event has some reasonable admission charge or fee, that is OK. That is a blurry boundary, but common sense should be applied. If in doubt, email to me and Susanne at [email protected] for a ruling before you send to fibernet Ron [email protected]
