It is in keeping with Anglo-American tradition to
hire the best and the brightest: witness Paperclip at
the end of the Second World War; the hiring and use of
Japanese War Criminals involved in biological warfare.
The re-armament of Germany and the incopration of
Interpol (a Nazi organization) into Western police
systems.

I am in a minority, but I see a continuity of
tradition here and not a break with the way business
as usual is carried out. It is global by the way, as
many nations hire their "former" enemies. Or maybe I
should say it is Transnational since really that is
what all ths fuss is over. Will the world be safe for
Transnational Capitalists to play their power games or
will there be a civil society able to check these
games? I remain quite skeptical. The power of
Capital to buy it's way into power has never been more
naked or blatant than the last Presidential
"Selection." A member of Skull and Bones running
against a member of Skull and Bones, how obvious need
it be? A nudge is as good as a wink to one who knows,
eh, 'nuff said, nudge nudge wink wink.
