Looks like my knowledge is really outdated, I didn't know about the authenticated pointers. Thanks for the hint. >From what I peeked over the technology it protects against memory corruption. I'm not sure it will prevent calling wild pointers in kernel space, but I need to read more on the topic to fully understand it. Best, Alex
