Thanks for the kind e-mail. Definitely Sat. 6 Sept. is already Ramadan. Would Friday be ok with you ? and the members of the Board and Exec. Officers? Maybe Saturday night after iFtar would be kind of late coz everyone has to go to their respective places say, Fuj, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. At least if Friday, afternoon, say 4pm, perhaps everyone would be free. Then, after the meeting it would be Iftar, and we can have some food served. Is the schedule suitable to all. Should we have perfect attendance please. This meeting is very important for us since it will be distribution of membership forms and also time to know everyone again.
