A full time FilEx secretary/employee should hired to accept registrations on weekdays FilEx registrations should be made available on Fridays & Saturdays at the Phil. Embassy and POLO (Directors and Exec. Officers or volunteers may take turns in manning the registration desks) Insurance premium should be made compulsory (a member pays Dhs. 45 -lifetime member or Dhs 25-one year member) More volunteers needed in future campaigns.
