Dear All,
As per my conversation with the Corporate Treasurer, Nila Bandigan, Saint
Joseph church in Abu Dhabi supports our membership drive and we have been
allowed to register new members in all Tagalog masses.
Last Friday, the 1st Friday of the month, was again the opportune time to
campaign but we failed to assign people to man the registration at the church.
I suggest that we assign at least 6 people (3 officers/directors and 3
volunteers) to conduct registration before and after each mass. I also suggest
that we prepare a standard FilEx material (brief and concise) to be read by the
lector during the mass announcements. The lector will also mention that FilEx
representatives with the membership forms are at the entrance ready to assist
in registration.
The following is the schedule of remaining Tagalog masses for September 2008:
Sunday 7:30 PM Sept. 7 - Big Hall
Friday 12:00 NN - Sept 12 - Church
Sunday 7:30 PM Sept. 14 - Big Hall
Friday 12:00 NN - Sept. 19 - Church
Sunday 7;30PM Sept 21 - Big Hall
Friday 12:00 NN Sept 26 - Church
Sunday 7:30 PM Sept 28 - Big Hall
