My suggestions for the ID format as follows:
ID for Volunteer Brigade
1. Filex name and logo - topmost with ID NO.___001/08
2. Photo of Volunteer
3. Name of Volunteer
4. Title : FiLeX Volunteer Brigade
5. Signature of the Membership Chairwoman (Signature of the membership
chairperson is important for proper ID of the volunteer. That the
volunteer is registered with us)
Also, lets have a simple volunteer form with waiver : Name, address,
mobile phone, office name, address, person to contact in case of
emergency,
Affiliation or Association, position held, signature and date.
Waiver : That I have voluntarily presented myself to the membership
committee and that I do not hold the Foundation responsible for any
wrongdoing, action, or such activity that may in anyway put the FiLeX
Foundation in an inappropriate manner or situation.
I recommend to the IBT that the officers should have IDs too (for now,
while we do not have the official Filex ID yet)coz not everyone knows
us.
