Hi All,

As we are on the third week since the start of membership registration  
campaign, I believed that you must have encountered different  
questions from our kababayan. May I suggest everyone to please e mail  
me those questions as we are in the process of collating frequently  
asked questions and answer them thru different means - flyer or as  
part in the presentation.
Advantages would be:
1. Avoid repeating same previously asked questions.
2. Avoid delay in the registration process.
3. Provide same answer to same frequently asked questions
4. Give full understanding about the foundation.
5.Encourages everyone to become a member.

Please forward the FAQ before Wednesday so that this can be presented  
in the next scheduled meeting.

By the way, this Friday meeting is not a joint meeting anymore. As per  
my conversation with Mr Chairman, the Board meeting will start at 4pm  
and followed by the executive meeting at 5pm sharp.Therefore executive  
officers need not to come at 4pm unless you want to witness the oath  
taking of the new appointed officers during the last part of the Board  
meeting. New appointed officers please come at 4:30pm on your barong  
tagalog.

Please be reminded that this first executive meeting must start and  
end on time considering that this day will also be the "birthday for a  
cause" by our dear Madam Fe at the same venue that will start at 8pm.

Again please forward any issues you want to discuss or that need  
decision for includion in the agenda.
