I have accepted the post knowing that this will be a good way of helping others and I am honored by Isabel and Brother Dante's gestures, recommending me as executive director for Jebel Ali. I would like to know [if I may] what are the duties and responsibilities of this post, so that I can prepare and plan ahead.
I presume that we will be handed bylaws and "Scope of Responsibilities" during the induction on Friday. Coincidentally, on Friday "Tagalog Mass" will be celebrated in Saint Francis Church, Jebel Ali [12:15 - 1:00 PM]. I am planning to distribute fliers [Final Rev. 4, right?] for an awareness campaign. I am currently serving as "Lay Minister" so I can also ask the lector to say something about FILEX. I will be traveling with Atty. Meyer on Friday, can somebody send me a simple map of the Ambassadors residence or instructions how to get there? Again thank you and "God bless us all".
