I am charging our Interim Board of Trustee Chairman unbecoming a FilEx Chairman and Fil-Com leader. He failed to live up to the standard of Fil-Com and FilEx leader. Therefore, I move that the Chairman of FilEx should be remove/ ousted from the Board of Trustees leadership base on my recent complaints and charging as above.
